Tasked with the visual identity of the new, online offering we conducted extensive initial work to profile users and their journeys before commencing any design work. Also overseeing the whole process through workshops with the client to wireframing to finally, visual design.

Then, collaborating with developers Paul Wright (SuedeApple) and Tom Sinclair (helloimtom) to build and develop both the front and back–end of the site.

A complex website with 100's of products, it also needed a login area for customers, live stock–tracking and syncing with store deliveries to fulfill the 'click & collect' aspect, as well as being robust enough to handle volumes of traffic.
